I’m currently looking for a Lawyer who will take my case, free of charge. I'm in prison for kidnapping my own children and sentenced to 25 years. But I don’t have a life sentence. I received 8 years for the kidnapping which was doubled to 16 years pursuant to penal code 1170.12. Plus an additional 4 years pursuant to penal code 12022.5 (A)(1). Plus an additional 5 years pursuant to penal code 667(A) for a total of 25 years.

I had ineffective assistance of counsel because I was advised to accept a plea agreement.

I’ve been incarcerated for 19 years. The only time I have left is enhancement time. My children are waiting to be reunited with me.
