A man wakes up one morning and decides he wants to catch a blue fin tuna. So he get to work doing his research. He studies the fish. Their eating habits, their travel routine as well as their mating cycle. He even calculates the best time of the day to fish. The man then goes out and buys the best fishing bait, top-of-the-line fishing pole and fishing line. He even went as far as to buying proper fishing clothes. Armed with his knowledge of the fish, plus fishing gear, at the calculated time, he sets out. But the man goes home and fishes in the fish tank in his living room. No matter how much time, money or energy he invests into it, he will never catch the tuna because it isn't in his fish tank. Like the fishermen, so many of us are investing our time, money and energy for the thing (s) in which we desire. Be it love, acceptance, happiness or simply being understood. Just like the fishermen, we too are looking for it in the wrong places.
DON'T LIMIT YOURSELF TO THE FISH TANKS IN YOUR LIFE. IN ORDER TO CATCH A TUNA, YOU WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE SEA.
