Greetings of Peace!

Approximately 39 years ago, I was a 17-year-old who lived a very destructive, directionless life of doom. Struggling with awkwardness, overwhelming insecurities, unacceptance from my peers and no clear vision of how to move towards a productive future. I descended into predatory behavior towards women.

In the fall of 1987 I made the worst choice of my life by raping a woman as she exited her car after pulling into a parking lot of an apartment complex. That stage in my life of barbaric thinking has caused me to spend over 33 years in prison.

It has taken me years of deep reflection, self analysis and a descension into the darkest spiritual realms, to begin the process of cleansing myself from the filth, ignorance and most importantly, misogynistic views of women.

I'm 56 today and I have experienced the depths of pain, shame, embarrassment and ostracization for my deplorable crime. I constantly offer supplications to Allah for the pain and trauma that I caused my victim and her family during that period of my life.

Thankfully, I don't have children. I would have never wanted an innocent child to suffer embarrassment and shame for something they had nothing to do with.

I would like to believe that I have transformed into a kind, thoughtful man who is guided by virtuous, spiritual principles. I reflect constantly about the evils of the world and how I use the qualities that Allah has given me to add peace, harmony and balance. I would like to meet a Queen who will understand that although the earlier stages of my life started from a dark place, that I have embraced the accountability of correction and evolving not just physically and emotionally, but spiritually.
