Grace and peace to you from the Lord Jesus Christ and me. My name is Mark Fruge Sr. I am seeking legal help! Due to poor lab management and faulty DNA test practices. I need someone to review my case for me Pro-bono.
This evidence was not available at the time of my trial and not considered by the court. I'd gone to trial in 2013 and the police in Austin,TX closed it’s lab in 2016. I said all this to say, the technician committing misconduct testifying for prosecutors.
The Austin Police Department shut down it's DNA lab was due to poorly trained staff, use of outdated faulty procedures in examining DNA samples. They only had one testing method for DNA, so all their DNA samples were bad. This is a due process violation. Knowing use of false testimony.
Also, the arresting officer did not read me my Miranda Rights. And my attorney in trial did not address this violation.
