I Nicholas Fecarota am locked up for involuntary manslaughter, by mistake. I did 3 years in Grundy County in Morris, Illinois in a basement under a courthouse Western lifestyle.

My story is-I'm 21 years old, got locked up when I was 18, I'm from Chicago, Illinois, lived down in Minooka because of my baby mama, biggest mistake of my life.

I pleaded out to the charge because my father has blood cancer and I'm trying to get home to him as soon as possible, otherwise I would have waited another year to go to trial. I would of Not Been Guilty!!

I'm looking for a relationship when I get out, I will have a stable living when I get out, my family is there for me, always will be, but when I took this charge the offers were 3 offers in 3 years. First one was, first degree murder 20 years at 100%, 2nd offer was 2nd degree murder 20 years at 50%, 3rd offer was blind plead eligible for probation 3-14 years, I was going to get probation, but my baby mama stood up because of her father miniplating her against me.
