Heyyy.

Well, my name is Rich. I'm 45, although I feel 26. Haitian, Creole decent. I'm from East Oakland, CA. I love to workout and I'm in very good shape. For me, working out is very relaxing, similar to how people describe getting a manicure. I'm 5'8" and 204lbs. I love all kinds of music, with exception of heavy metal. I'm not super religious but I believe in GOD.

I'm not too picky, although I do appreciate a woman who really listens and isn't afraid to converse. Preferably someone who will speak her mind and say what's needed. Someone who is smart and intelligent. I'm a good listener and I'm not afraid of constructive criticism. I can be serious at times, however I love laughing and would love to share plenty of laughs with you.
