Hey there!

I've never posted one of these before but I've been away from home since 2007 now about to be 13 years. I was arrested and convicted to serve a term of 19 years at the age of 15 so kinda grew up in here but it's not all bad. I've spent the time educating myself, strengthening mind and body. I'm 28 years old, Bolivian from North Hollywood, CA. I'm pretty heavily tattooed and enjoy music more than anything else in life. As well as my exercising, it's an escape for me which is sometimes much-needed in an environment like this.

My prison experience hasn't always been easy dealing with lockdowns, violence, strikes against the police brutality but I've managed to pull through it all with only a few scars but stronger and smarter than the kid that I was when I came in. Praise God, I'm finally becoming the man that I meant to be and hope to come home sooner than later.
