I'm December Roze, aspiring Christian rapper singer/songwriter, minister, entrepreneur, and advocate for at-risk youth. Close your eyes and imagine a Rose born on December 26th 1992, imagine the resulting resilience from struggling the harsh, bitterly cold elements of winter... now imagine as I finally stand proud and beautiful as a symbol of Hope for all who sees. Or you can call me X short for Xavier.

I am currently in the process of writing my first Christian rap album also I'm writing a book about my life with details self-help and spiritual insight. I am also establishing a non-profit music ministry called Rocky Bottom Revival. I started writing poetry in my late teens, as a way to process the traumas of my past and as a way to communicate and express myself positively without perpetuating dare takes the same cycle of violence that I was constantly being exposed to as a gang member.

At the age of 29 I gave my life entirely to God while I was fighting a life sentence. When I was given another chance at life, I really began reevaluating my gifts as a way to serve Christ and become part of the solution instead of the problem. I read a lot of books and like to portray myself as some type of genius but honestly I'm just trying to figure my life out just like everyone else in here.

I enjoy when I meet someone new and get a chance to hear their story simulated emotions as we empathize and celebrate those precious insights that can only come from the struggles. I can always write a new song when I get blessed with the opportunity to hear someone pour their heart out.
