GreetingsWrongfully convicted due to police torture and prosecutors misconduct, as well as I'm convicted for something not the law, according to Illinois case law where I'm incarcerated.
Abandoned at 13 years old, incarcerated for 18 years due to torture. Recent behavior changes and mental health counseling, along with self education with skills to function in accordance with rules of a civilized society.
Court petition pending since July 27, 2004 in Cook County criminal court due to routine systematic delay by Cook County public defenders office, conflict of interest that will prove my innocence without a doubt but, counselor is only concerned with his interest and not my interest to prove my innocence.
A simple request for ballistic will prove that I'm innocent, and that prosecutors knowingly and intentionally suppressed evidence that proves my innocence.
I remain incarcerated while others with same or similar issues are being released. The difference is they possess private counsel, public support, and/or the legal know how. I know how to file court petitions but, need law books to learn courtroom procedures.
