I am David Allen, representing elderly prisoners.

I am an entrepreneur in development, but I am a servant in heart and a humanitarian. My nature is to want to help others if I can, but I am limited by lack of resources and talented help, to present my interest to the communities across Pennsylvania and beyond.

This is who I am, an elderly prisoner, entrepreneur and a mind in search of avatars, partners, facilitators and sponsors to help develop value for elderly prisoners, communities across PA and the country.

I seek to create value not only for our communities but our sponsors, our partners and those young business law students and elderly females who want to participate in developing a valuable interest for themselves and their associates, their community business resources who are willing to sponsor her in a community interest public private business partnership, that creates value.

I represent the elderly prisoners stuck in PA's state prisons who have no value to gain relief. I seek partners who would be willing to help me facilitate creating value for our communities and in so doing, create value in us as elderly redeemed prisoners.
