Intellectual person seeking sincere, long-term friendship or relationship with an open-minded, caring individual.
Despite my current incarceration situation, I remain positive that there are honest, kindhearted people that are not judgemental or negative towards prisoners for their mistakes. I am presently making an effort to better myself by my errors and improving my goals in life.
I enjoy conversing, meeting new people, and respect different points of views as well as personalities.
I enjoy reading, sports, exercising and do my best to stay positive through out my day.
As a California state prisoner, we are limited to self help programs that actually aid us once we are released back into society. Nonetheless, self-improvement starts from within and my aim is to seek progression by enrolling myself into those few programs available to us, plus seek out assistance such as college courses for trade degrees via postal service.
I'm not trying to limit the type of pen pals I am looking for. I am open and inviting any and all. Sense of humor is a plus, most prisoners are viewed as very serious, angry or reserved. Responders are welcome to ask any questions and just be yourself.
I've come to terms with my crime and except responsibility. I am able to speak of my mistakes in hopes that others do not make the same mistakes.
In closing, everyone has some good in them. Friends have a tendency to bring out the best in others, so I'm hoping you allow me to view the good in you in order to make life more enjoyable for each other.
