I was set up on a double murder case out of Boulder, Colorado. It was an election year, and they wanted me to go away quick and quiet. My murder trial lasted TWO DAYS.
In recent years I've had several witnesses contact me, people who testified against me, saying that they were coerced into saying the things they did. Police used tactics such as; threatening to charge them in the case; bringing the victims family members to badger them during questioning; and withholding evidence. These tactics are illegal because it forces people into saying things that aren't true.
Because I'm in prison, I'm unable to get on the web and track down witnesses, take depositions, and collect the things I need to file my appeal.
I'll be honest. It won't take much for me to win this case. I just need good people who can be my investigators. I don't have money to pay you. If I did, I'd of hired one of these big law firms and be home by now. Pleasehelp anyway you can.
When the chips are down, good people step up. And that's all I need.
