I was falsely convicted in Dallas County with no evidence and testimony from one witness who committed perjury which secured my conviction.
My case was mentioned in the Men's Journal magazine March 2016 issue page 82, 83. I have affidavit witnesses (3) who swore I wasn't the person who they saw commit the murder and that the (2) shooters was dark skinned, black males. I have a very light skin complexion. The (3) witnesses was states witnesses which the DA withheld once he found out that their testimony would exonerate me. My trial counsel never spoke to these witnesses until after I was convicted… The key evidence to which a jacket that the states D.A.said that I kill the victim behind which was supposed to have belonged to me, has come up missing since the jury trial this denied me the right to challenge the fact that the jacket wasn't mines through DNA testing. See Youngblood vs Arizona.
During the motion for new trial the DA knowingly used perjury testimony.
All allegations can be proven by record or by affidavits. I need serious replies only who is willing to fight… Please respond. I am an innocent man who has been wrongfully convicted.
