Greetings and thank you for taking the time to stop and view this ad. My name is Lou and I've placed this message hoping that what you learn about me from this brief introduction will encourage you to write and send me a letter.
I'm 43 yrs. old, 5'11" tall , 220 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, of Latino, Scottish, and Native American descent. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, single/divorced with no children. I do love kids, I just never found the right person to settle down with and start a family of my own.
Some of my favorite pass times & interests are: fishing, the beach, and traveling. Lots of traveling! I enjoy good live music & concerts of all types, from country to rock, blues and even classical. Some of my favorite bands are: Steely Dan, Doobie Bros., Marshall Tucker and the Eagles. I guess I'm stuck in the 70's. but hey! The 70's was a great decade!
Cooking (yes, cooking) is something I take great pleasure in as well. Weather, out on the grill or in the kitchen, I can hold my own pretty well. As for sports, I follow them all, but I'm a huge fan of the Houston Astro's and the L.P.G.A. I just love watching the ladies play.
So you see, I'm really just your average kinda guy, but my passion for living life to it's fullest made me a bit of an outlaw for many years. And all I got out of that was a lot of prison time. But we all live & learn and even in a place like this I won't complain, because my life has been an extremely eventful, (though at times dangerous) learning experience. And besides, there are people all over this world who are in far worse situations than I am so believe me, I count my blessings everyday.
Now, as to who or what type of person I would like responding to my ad? Well, I won't set any certain criteria to meet, because anyone who wants to drop me a line is certainly welcome to do so. However, it would be nice to hear from someone mature, with a good sense of humor, and good conversation. Someone who can relate to a man like me, who regardless of his faults is, and will always be true & loyal to his family & friends.
