I am incarcerated in Texas
Department of Corrections and I need legal help. I am completely innocent of
the charge against me, but due to my indigence I'm unable to pursue legal
remedies to exonerate me in my guest for freedom.I'm a sexual assault case, Texas only requires one testimony to obtain a conviction. Despite any forensic evidence I was convicted by word of mouth.
At the time of trial, I was on powerful psychotropics and the competeny exam given me was extremely brief despite the fact that I had almost no formal education.
The Judicial system is biased against those of us who have little or no money to mount a proper defense. In this case, the alleged victim is socially acquainted to the trial officials and several highly placed local officials.
