introduction will only reveal a glimpse into the mind of someone who's
incarcerated has done more to further personal progress than stymie it.
However, this can be quite the lonely road in lieu of one's consequential
choices, and, so I'm reaching out my aim is to share this journey with those of
like minds.To this end, I have committed myself to the lifelong pursuit of self education, self-mastery and an almost fanatical workout regiment that has kept me grounded into the most important aspect of life: Harmony. Without sounding cliché, this Harmony must begin internally and eventually manifests itself outwardly into our everyday experiences. This reality has literally become my life. At the age of 32, being incarcerated almost 10 years now, I feel it's time for me to reach out to those who share in this understanding of growth.
