You see I was convicted of a crime that is clearly not true, by fact nor (DNA) evidence, yet no one was killed in my case, I received life and 62 years.
You see I was taken to trial (last year) for aggravated rape (no DNA) evidence, aggravated kidnapping, robbery (no gun) and aggravated flight (from an officer)! My case fell apart from the start (no DNA), yet, I was hit with attempt (rape), my lawyer (state appointed), never cross examined the witness (even though) she changed her testimony six times, while at trial on the stand; she did it again! Even the times were different (44 min) to (2½ hours). The police put a dog on me which is proved in their own reports (the officer never took the stand), because I had a witness! Also the medical examiner nor the police took the stand, because they both knew there was no rape (false)...
I'm a Gulf war Vet, college (Grambling) and certified chef! The newspaper and TV news both said that I was more credible then the witness itself...
(This all took place in Shreveport, Louisiana).
