I was framed 2-20-2 for a
circumstantial evidenced m-one on my fiance. Wrongfully found guilty 2-25-3 in
the Cleveland County court by a judge who is also the father of a detective on
my case. The state used only some fabricated letters to convict me with out
even giving me a writing analysis test. The state failed to establish an
evidentiary foundation for their admission, the trial court should not have
introduced these highly prejudicial letters. The states firearm expert said
that I didn't even nearly have enough gun shot particles on my hand to indicate
that I had fired a weapon and added that the evidence only showed that I
touched something with it on it. The evidence of the murder led to a guy who
while on the stand stated that he wore a pair of "lugg's boots" on the night of
the murder, even though he was never arrested. Evidence stated that on that
snowy night I wore "faded glory" walmart shoes. Evidence examination expert
stated that there were only the footsole prints of some "Lugg's Boots" found
all around my fiances body...This case is a sure win. PLEASE HELP! thanks.
