My name is Kelly McKenzie.
I am 38 years old, six feet tall, and 237. I am currently incarcerated at Mission Institution in British Columbia Canada. Mission is about 30 minutes from Vancouver. I have two sons, by two different women. Age 19 is my oldest, and my little clone is 12. If you can believe it, I am a grandpa? My son and his girlfriend recently had a baby. They came to visit me last week, she is a beautiful baby. It felt so weird when her mom past her on to me, and she said "go see Grandpa".
I am 4 years into a 9 year sentence for manslaughter. I am eligible for parole in February of 2012. I will have to postpone my full parole date until I am finished with my program. I will not have support from my I.P.O. until my program is finished. Even with full support my chances for full parole are slim to none. Hopefully I will at least qualify for a transfer to a minimum security prison after my program is completed. The only pictures I have at this time are from 2003 through 2008. I am 20 lbs. heavier and a little older today, but I have more muscle, and I am stronger than I have ever been in my life. Jail has kind of preserved me; many people think I am in my early 30s. One kid seriously thought I was 28 the other day. I was flattered. I work out twice a day and play tennis as much as I can, but I still have a belly (I need to work on my abs). I recently had pictures taken after a workout in the gym, I will post them as soon as I get them. I don't smoke, drink, or do any drugs, but I still have fun. I love to laugh, and make other people laugh. Laughter is truly the best medicine. I surround myself with funny people, and laugh all day. This place is actually a riot. I am sending a number of pictures of me and others at various places all over Canada, and the United States. I wrote on each picture, where I was, and who I was with, hopefully it gets posted. I really have no idea how this website works.
As my pictures indicate, I love to travel. I own my own home, and I'm quite successful. I am interested in an open relationship. I am not at all a jealous person, I truly believe love and sex are two different things, and I do not confuse the two. I love going to movies, when I get out, we will go to every single decent movie, and critique them all. (LOL). My statutory release date is April 18/2014. I will be released on that day, no matter what. My warrant expiry is in August of 2016. My sentence completely over on that day. I cannot wait for that day, but for now I am concentrating on getting my parole. As I said my full parole date is in February of next year.
I am extremely interested in having a penpal. I feel good these days. I am in the best shape of my life right now. I will correspond with almost anyone, but I would rather receive mail from someone local. Hopefully it will result in a friendship, then who knows?
