I don't know exactly what it is I'm looking for by reaching out.
Being in prison surrounds you by so many people but that does not prevent you from feeling alone. I've been blessed to have some friends and family who have chosen to endure with me through the tough times as well as good. But I've also felt the pain that comes from losing loved ones who either could not or chose not to remain. One thing for sure is that prison reminds you that life goes on.
I do believe that we can find good in any situation though, no matter how bleak. I'm not one who allows his scars to be what defines him but instead I feel we can overcome the things in our lives that hurt us the most. I can, you can, anybody can, and become stronger because of it. I know I'm strong both in mind and body, and spirit. My faith is strong and my heart is big.
I don't mind sharing what I have. In life I've experienced a lot of great things I've experienced a lot of bad things as well. I would describe my past like a hurricane, it's been chaotic but calm at the center. I've learned alot along the way and however dark at times my past has been, I know my future will be bright.
