There is no greater pleasure in this world in making a friend than actually having one.

My legal situation is simple, instead of pleading guilty for (3) three years, I took a jury trial.
The jury recommended the sentence that I'm currently serving assuming that I will be provided parole for good behavior.
Unfortunately parole was abolished when I was sentenced and the courts were not bound to notify the jury prior to sentencing. As soon as I was sentenced, the new law came into effect requiring jury notification.
The new law was not made retroactive to my case, and I've been investing most of my time and money into litigation.
I have petitioned the governor for a conditional pardon, and currently awaiting a decision.
I have extraordinary circumstances for executive clemency.
I was able to call the white house in January because my circumstances are extraordinary.
I need technical support with my situation because I'm very optimistic about my future.
My hobbies are mostly reading and writing. I enjoy cross word puzzles, and watching jeopardy and millionaire.
I spend my day walking a few miles around the recreation yard with my CD player. I love nature; every morning I look forward to watching deer in the beautiful mountains.
