Unfortunately yes, I'm serving 22 years for 2nd degree homicide. That is my charge, not who I am as a person at all. I shot (once) a burglar who broke in on my ex-girlfriend, her three kids, and myself at 2 AM. Because I hit (shot) at him as he was fleeing I was charged with 2nd degree. I regret that a life was lost, but actually thank God that I was able to protect my household. In spite of my legal situation, I'm yet blessed with good health, a strong mind, and an outdate.
