My name is Manual. Friends and family call me Manny. I'm from Joliet, Illinois but now I live in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I have 3 kids. A daughter that is 17. A son who is 12 and another daughter that will turn 1 in October. My kids are my life and I will to anything for them.

I enjoy working out and playing a few sports. I also enjoy reading. Most of the books I read are educational. I love to learn new things while keeping my mind sharp. One of the last books I read was a book on how to be sexy. Don't see anything wrong with keeping up in that department.
