reader(s)After an eight week trial by jury I was convicted of armed robbery and sentenced to what amounts to-from now on! However, with all the trickery on the part of the prosecuting U.S. attorney I can't allow my Batson issue to remain as it is. Anyone with legal knowldege will tell you once prima facie is established the prosecutor must give race- neutral reason(s) why potential juror's were struck then the courts must scrutinize. There was absolutely NO scrutinize in my jury selection. None!
I have all my transcripts intact awaiting y-o-u-r review. The US Supreme Court overturned Snyder v. Louisiana for [this] exact same reason. Therefore, I now seek pro bono assistance or enough donations to afford an attorney. Note: I have no time limit in which to file postconviction remedies that's the best thing about the Superior Court of the District of Colombia.
Please, if you have the means to aid & assists me in my quest for freedom I beg you to do so. I have far too much potential to waste away behind these walls. I'd be the first to say-I'm no Angel-in fact, I don't no any here on earth. I desperately need your help to correct this grave miscarriage of justice. Please reach out to me.
