Hi, my Name is Jay-Kareem but my family and friends call me Jay for short. I am a African-American, light-brown skin. 5’7”, average build and yes I do workout and jog. I work 7 days a week in the kitchen and yes I do like to cook. I spend most of my time programming when I am not at work.

When I do have free time or down time I like to read, listen to music, watch TV here and there and play games or make music beats on my tablet. I'm very down-to-earth and I like to meditate.
