I also learned that, in relationships, a lack of understanding about different needs can result in distance, arguments and break-ups. When you can recognize the legitimacy of conflicting needs and become willing to examine them in an environment of compassionate understanding, it opens pathways to create problem solving, team building and improved relationship bonds. Deep human connections are vital for mental and physical health because they fulfill a human need to belong. If your relationships are lacking depth, improving your connections can allow you to open up, feel truly supported, make you feel closer to someone, expand your social group and improve your confidence and make you happier.

Personal growth and self-development are not just about me! Understanding how other people feel can deepen every relationship in my life which allows me to bring more to the table when bonding with others.

No one is useless in this world who lightens the burdens of another. Men's goodness is a flame that can be hidden but never extinguished.
