My name is Earl Adams looking
for legal help from any organization or church groups, help people who can not
pay for a lawyer. Been charged with following type of crime like rape with no
DNA test being not done with following evidence like hair, skin blood, ask
people all 50 states make petitions to get people to sign. Must be 18 years of
age to sign this petition asking your local law makers in your state sign new
laws , change some old laws.Put people and family members in prison on following type of crime like rape, or write to local law makers asking them to pas new laws go back to 1990 or make it retroactive 1994 and get people to write local congress men to pass Federal laws with no DNA test done this asking nay organization and churches and non profit organizations start this petition with local law makers in new laws must have medical records showing someone been abuse stop prosecutors saying Mr. Tom did this to victim contact me at address below.
