To: Prison Pen Pals

I am in prison for a crime I did not commit and believe that because the nature of the allegation no one, not the public defender, prosecutor or judge assigned to the case or the jury that convicted me gave me a fair trial.

With no evidence, a victim statement that was inconsistent and uncorroborated even recanted to at least 1 person. A victim who did not identify me as the perpetrator of the crime when asked 3 times during trial. They said no, they did not see the person in the courtroom.

I am awaiting my appeal and as I do, I will pray for help to prove my innocence and clear my name.

I hope to find a special friend to correspond with. I am innocent of the crime I was charges with. And while I await my appeal I hope to find a kind, and caring woman to write to. And maybe talk to on the phone.

I am a Xhristian, but won't push my religion on anyone.
