If you're reading this it's because my photos have piqued your curiosity; now allow my words to resonate and capture your interest.

I reach out to you as a child of God with many redeeming qualities. I was an ignorant youth when I committed my crime, and now, 21 years later, I am a man grown, conscious and remorseful for the pain I've wrought.

Some men are afraid to stand in the nakedness of truth, whereas I embrace it. A man should never be ashamed to own he has been in the wrong, which is but saying, in other words, that he is wiser today than he was yesterday. I am head and shoulders wiser today than yesterday. Yesterday is history; the present is a gift; tomorrow is a mystery.

How do we become true and good, happy and genuine, joyful and free? Never by magic, never by chance, never by sitting and waiting, but only by getting in touch with good, true, happy, genuine human beings…only catching spontaneity and freedom from those who are themselves spontaneous and free.

That said, I hope to get in touch with good, true, happy, genuine human beings and build solid foundations of communication and friendship. No matter where we are, who we are, or what kind of journey we're on, we all need a friend.
My journey has been long and arduous and I still have some miles to go, but it's my hope that you'll respond by being my faithful friend to the end. I can't promise you sunshine every step of the way, but whoever said happiness comes with sunshine hasn't danced in the rain.

I am a deeply caring, introspective man who's truly come to appreciate life and everything I've taken for granted. I have a great sense of humor and love to have fun and make others laugh. I love spending time in the outdoors and appreciating the beauty of nature. I love animals and I worked as a dog trainer here in the prison. I am a huge sports fan and I love to play and watch sports. I am physically fit, as I actively run and cross train. As you can see from my photos, I love tattoos and art. I love reading and writing and hope to be an accomplished author some day.

I am passionate about working with at- risk youth, having worked as a co-facilitator with some youth crime prevention organizations while in prison, and I hope to start up a non-profit organization geared towards youth crime prevention and mentoring at risk youth. I can relate with at-risk youth because I was one myself, transversing foster homes and the juvenile system before subsequently ending up in prison. I am state raised, while also self-educated, and though I've grown up in the system, I've risen above the close confines of razor wire and penitentiary steel, striving to become the best version of myself.

I look forward to hearing from you!
