My name is Ray and after giving it some serious thought I have decided to take this plunge into the unknown, I may get lost but I am hopeful that a true friend will find me. The truth of the matter is I am torn between my desire to find true friendship with a companion that genuinely cares about the welfare of their significant other (as I myself do) and/or capitalizing on this opportunity to generate much needed public attention to my situation. So I hope to compromise. I am 32 years old and have a good sense of humor. I have an easy smile and love the sound of laughter (who doesn't?) I am down to earth, easy going and laid back for the most part. My wildest years are behind me. I love life and people in general, I respect all people. I come from a culturally diverse back ground and I am proud of it. I have come to discover that I enjoy traveling to new destinations (and I do not mean from facility to facility (smile), meeting new people and exploring the world around me. I try to remain up beat and optimistic at all times, though that can be difficult at times. In a world full of negativity the key for me is to surround myself with positive individuals that genuinely care about my well being. Now if I may I would like to take a moment to reveal a legal tragedy in hopes of drawing immediate attention to my situation...
I am currently incarcerated on a false arson of a habitation charge that was manufactured by a crooked fire captain in the city of Dallas and state of Texas (F02-01390-P;203 RD judicial district, Dallas county, Texas). the information and complaint filed was not signed by any authority, was not dated nor sworn to. The details described did not take place! And the attorney general of Texas conceded in a response brief to my allegations that no transcripts, nor records, of a grand jury proceeding appear to exist (see Reed v. Quaterman, NO:3:06-CV-1113-B) (U.S.D.C. 2006-Dallas Division). So how was a conviction obtained? By getting court appointed counsel to coerce me into waiving my request for a trial by jury after 16 months of continuous incarceration and proceeding to a trial by judge, only with a promise to "walk out today." Considering that I had filed several state bar complaints and a civil suit against trial counsel and assistant prosecutor, prior to trial for conspiracy to oppress me, I should have known better (see Reed v. Gaines, NO.3:03-CV-2092-G) (U.S.D.C. 2003-Dallas Division). The mock trial lasted all of 15 minutes! Adding insult to injury, court appointed counsel could not resist mocking me as I sat silently dumbfounded by the judgement, saying "What's the matter now! Cat got your tongue? I don't see you talking loud no more!" In open court! And from that point forward the state of Texas has committed to suppressing the truth of my story. Therefore, I tell you now, that if you write to me I will respond. If you write to me and receive no response-recognize it for what it is!
