Prison is such a great
distance from a normal life and that's what I seek. I am a descent man tying to
make good out of a bad situation. Being disconnected from civilization like
this feels as if I've been deployed into space, and so, I desperately and
respectfully ask that someone please communicate with me."Don't cry", "Don't Be Angry", and "Be Quiet" are some of the many twisted little statements used to force us to repress our feelings and to cause us to pretend to be someone who we are not. And, since truth has a leavening virtue of it's own, that's what I offer. Truth and understanding, and no pretending. And, what I no longer have in skill, I'll make up for in will.
Therefore, since most incarcerated men are believed as having nothing more than a "mouth full of want and a hand full of take", le me end this by adding to such stereotype. I want anyone who's experiencing a difficult time in life to writ to me, and talk about it. I'll take such a letter from anyone at anytime.
