I was raised by my mom to be a gentlemen, to treat people with respect & dignity. Don't mistake my kindness as a weekness for I will be tough when neccessary.
By now your probably wondering why someone like me is in prison. First of all, I'm human, we all make mistakes. This is my reality check in life, everyone has one sooner or later to some extent. Long story short, I fell into a state of depression & attempted to "Self-Medicate" with alcohol, then coke & meth, which I've always been against in life. I then had some illusion that I could go rob a casino vault at gunpoint. Not the smartest thing, I know. I was raised to never lack the courage of your own convictions, even under the influence. I was man enough to do such a crime, so I'm man enough to accept the consequences & make the best out of a bad situation. If you want to know in detail just ask.
I'm easy to get along with & enjoy meeting people that are trying to better themselves as well as those around them. I'm not judgemental, or try not to be, & look forward to meeting new friends, maybe eventually someone I can start a life with after I have paid my debt . I've always been family oriented, close with my mom, her girlfriend/stepmom, younger brother and uncle. One day, I hope to start a family of my own. I currently have no kids. I've been very carefull. I've never cheated on anyone in my life & I'm proud of it! I plan on working on a few college degrees & multiple programs such as substance abuse & parenting, etc. to make the best of my time.
They say knowledge is power. Let's see. Well that's me for the most part, feel free to write, but to be fair I'll respond to letters with pictures and/or donations first, if any, but will respond to everyone as soon as I can. I'm in need of help.
My stepmom suffers from COPD, Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), and Pulmonary Hypertension at 56, and more likely than not she will not be alive by the time I get out. I pray the doctors are wrong. So I know my family can't financially do a lot for me. I have been diagnosed with sarcoidosis & pulmonary fibrosis, it's in the begining stages so it is treatable, if they will treat it in here, (not sure) Let's start with a letter about you, maybe a picture and go from there.
