Greetings,I'm a 43 yr. old wrongfully convicted of crimes another man committed. I became a scapegoat for the court; falsified evidence was used and court appointed attorney failed to present factual evidence of my innocence. I was sentenced to 40 years day for day because I had the same color eyes as the perpetrator, (blue). I'm without money to pay for DNA tests and expert witness to examine and present the test results to the supreme court. I'm seeking legal and financial help as well as general correspondence with people concerned for an innocent man's freedom. I came from Kentucky to Mississippi after being reunited with my father after 35 years, we went to work together in construction on the coast. I went back to Kentucky for thanksgiving and upon my return to Mississippi I hired a man to help me move closer to my work place. While in a back room of my house, packing this man went across the street and committed armed robbery which he blamed on me. I'm seeking help to prove my innocence.
