SALINAS SENTENCED TO 50 YEARS AFTER JURY RETURNS FROM CATHOLIC CHURCH

My name is Minnie Bronte Salinas, I am currently incarcerated in Gatesville, Texas. I was convicted by a jury of Murder in San Antonio's 226th District Court.

I need assistance that can help get my case overturned. Avenues of Direct Appeal and PDR are exhausted.

Appeal Points of Error
- State used improper identification methods
- Out of court photo arrays used to ID Salinas: suggestive and tainted
- Evidence regarding Salinas alibi should be suppressed: Court admitted into evidence medical records mailed to Salinas bearing "private / confidential". State's witness opened package w/o authorization.
- Sentence determined in Violation of US & TX Constitution. Punishment assessed in Violation of Establishment Clause of 1st, 5th, 6th & 14th Amendments of US Constitution and Article 1, Section 6 & 7 of Texas Constitution. Jury visited Catholic Church during break in punishment deliberations.
- Conviction was result of impermissible stacking of inference upon inference.
- Evidence legally & factually insufficient to support conviction.

I hope as you read my ad you feel compelled to help. I do not have all legal paperwork: trial transcripts, etc.
