I am 60 years old in October. I served 20 years in the United States Navy and was married to a wonderful I am a widower now and hope this penpal thing can lead to a wonderful friendship and maybe even more, since I have not had much contact with the outside world in 20 years during my prison stay.

I was given two (2) 16-20 years sentences to serve back to back and I strongly stress that my conviction in no way depicts my nature nor my character in the slightest. In fact I have never been in trouble with the law and my conviction is the farthtest thing from who I am.

Well, it is hard accepting and doing this time with this conviction but I will survive. I am a very private person and say to myself most of the time. When I am not working, I spend my free time doing all types of puzzles, reading books, studying Bible, watching and doing sports.

My hobbies are fishing and learning more about people and the world now.

I hope to find someone to be open and honest with and they also in return as I am now
