Hey, what's up everybody. First off I want to say that I truly appreciate you taking the time to learn more about me. Before my dad passed away he told me something that has always stuck with me. He said, "sometimes when you're in a dark place you think you've been buried, but you've actually been planted."

I never really gave much thought to it then, but I never forgot it either. For me personally that holds a lot of meaning in a situation like this. I've gotten out of my comfort zone by posting myself on here. Just as you've probably gotten out of yours searching for a pen pal. I've never done this before but I'm getting released in a few years. I sincerely want the opportunity to meet some new people and make some new friends.

Let me introduce and tell you a little more about myself. I'm 48 years old, 6'1", 195lbs. I consider myself very athletic and health conscious. I enjoy running and mostly Crossfit type workout routines. My favorite book is 'The Magic of Believing' by Claude Bristol. Each day I try to stay positive, I love to laugh and have fun. I'm very open minded and laid back. A guy by the name Henry David Thoreau once said, "its not what you look at that matters, its what you see." Hopefully you decide to reach out to me!
