In January of 1995, I was
placed in the county jail for a probation violation. In February of 1995, I was
promoted to a work release program. On February 28 I was working at the
fairgrounds. I called my wife and she agreed to bring me
something to eat. When she arrived she asked me to sit in the car to
eat and talk, once I was inside the car she pulled a gun on me and drove away.
She drove to a remote area and ordered me to get out of the car. She was crying
and visibly upset about a recently filed divorce that we were going through.
She got out of the car and was about to take a seat on a central A/C unit, once
she turned her head to clear a spot to sit I dove at her trying to grab the
gun; she turned around and reacted by pulling the gun upward trying to keep it
away from me, but I was close enough to grab her forearm area and part of her
shirt sleeve, as she pulled away the gun went off and shot her in the head
area. Immediately I removed the gun from her hand and tried to help her, but
she died in my arms. I panicked took the gun and fled. I was going to shoot
myself but had an auto accident. I was arrested shortly after the accident and
still had the gun. The investigation was a complete flop! The case and trial
has endless and unfathomable faults and errors, including a faulty indictment.
The medical expert testified that the bullet wound was consistent with a
suicide. I am seeking legal representation/donations to help fund a complete
and thorough investigation of my case.Billy Lyon # 00750528 Wynne Unit 810 FM 2821 Huntsville, TX 77349 USA |
